Getting Ready for Tigo

The Machida's have a martial arts studio in Belem, Brazil where the family makes a living by teaching Shotokan Karate.  The studio is a mix between a gym and a karate institution.  The people of Belem have memberships to the gym and parents drop their kids off to learn karate from the Machida's and other instructors. 

This is the studio where Lyoto trains 6 days a week.  The studio definitely embodies what you expect from a genuine martial arts doji: tradition, descipline, spirit and wisdom.
